- Led the technical and product strategies for significant initiatives, including the Dropbox for Business product-led growth initiatives, Admin Console overhaul, and new product enablement
- Unlocked new value for self-serve and enterprise customers through new user activation and team expansion, resulting in double-digit millions of gross new annual recurring revenue
- Owned the redesign and rewrite of the entire Team Admin experience, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention metrics, and achieving ambitious technical performance goals
- Overhauled the entire team lifecycle technical and product strategy, saving millions in storage costs
- Collaborated with complex cross-functional teams and platforms to ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives
- Set strategic and technical direction to unblock critical milestones for multiple company-wide initiatives, supporting go-to-market plans and launching new products to existing customers.
- Spearheaded the engineering hiring and interview process company-wide, reducing time-to-hire and improving hiring success rates
- Increased talent density by defining a new, fair performance management process in partnership with the People team
- Contracted and collaborated with vendors to deliver agile and scrum training to over 400 ICs and Engineering Managers
- Drove to multiple other engineering effectiveness initiatives such as Developer Experience, Incident Review Processes, and Front-end Engineering quality

EM for a new team set out to make crucial improvements to our self-serve revenue funnel focused on small and medium-sized Dropbox Business customers. Swiftly grew one team of two engineers into three fully-staffed teams with over a dozen new hires and internal transfers.
- Shipped numerous features and flow improvements which realized tens of millions of dollars of net new annualized recurring revenue
- Partnered with Product Managers and Design leads to develop quarterly and yearly roadmaps
- Established agile processes for all engineering teams in collaboration with PM, Design, and QA partners
