EM for a new team set out to make crucial improvements to our self-serve revenue funnel focused on small and medium-sized Dropbox Business customers. Swiftly grew one team of two engineers into three fully-staffed teams with over a dozen new hires and internal transfers.
- Shipped numerous features and flow improvements which realized tens of millions of dollars of net new annualized recurring revenue
- Partnered with Product Managers and Design leads to develop quarterly and yearly roadmaps
- Established agile processes for all engineering teams in collaboration with PM, Design, and QA partners
- Developed personal growth plans for all direct reports for upcoming quarters and managed ongoing six-month review cycles
- Aligned projects and engineers to maximize individual growth and leadership opportunities while not compromising any key deliverables
- Produced recruiting and retention programs, including apprenticeship program for non-traditional backgrounds and sponsorship program to support software engineers of underrepresented groups
- Improved interviewing processes by rewriting our industry non-technical interview and leading significant changes to our emerging talent interview loops

Lead Engineer on multiple critical frontend architecture modernization projects. Setting standards and leading the way with best practices for all web product teams at Dropbox while achieving fundamental goals of for the business. Increased site visits and engagement key metrics because of improved access and reduced latency.
- TTI performance optimization for the vital Home product, rearchitecting our entire data fetching and react initialization models to achieve ambitious TTI goals for both new and cached views
- Responsive Dropbox web product, establishing all best practices to enable mobile access to our primary file browser and new Home product with recent, favorited items
- Architected and built the first UI Design system used at Dropbox to accelerate the building of new experimental features and flows to allow increased conversion rate resulting in millions of additional recurring revenue
- Wrote new frontend engineering questions and interview loop improvements, which broadened the gathering of new technical signals, while allowed a more diverse pool of candidates to be evaluated more fairly, resulting in dozens of new hires while raising the quality of the bar overall

Lead Front-End Developer on many of product marketing sites for Apple.com, including iPhone 6s and Apple Music.
Worked on various internal infrastructure projects, including Sass frameworks, Build tools and JS libraries, lead training efforts that increased developer efficiency. Helped shape the direction of apple.com with a focus on mobile, performance and accessibility. Mentored, trained and interviewed many other developers to strengthen and grow several teams.
Managed projects and worked closely with Art Director and Producers to manage high pressure timelines, while delivering beautiful experiences fitting of Apple’s brand. Worked with production artists and QA leads to focus on performance ensure ensure that every detail lived up the quality and standards needed to “surprise and delight” customers.

As a hybrid developer-designer, my primary goal is to execute high-quality user experiences by working closely with creative and interaction design teams. I use web technologies to transform and elevate clients such as GREY GOOSE Vodka and Abercrombie & Fitch into digital-native brands that are highly optimized for mobile and social contexts.
I was lead front end developer on GreyGoose.com, a rich and adaptive website experience. The site is meticulously optimized for mobile, tablet and desktop browsers. It was the first responsive site in the spirits industry, and the first major mobile-first launch for R/GA. The site uses various advanced techniques, including responsive HTML5/CSS3 components, modular loading, parallax scrolling, an API-based filtering system and a full-screen multimedia video/photo gallery.
