My focus is on building organizations that stay nimble and accountable as they grow. That's where most teams stumble: quality, ownership, and execution tend to drift when things move fast. I think about how product engineering, operations, and organizational design connect.

I built frontend systems at Apple for several years. Before that and since, I've worked on products people actually use and supported nonprofits serving underserved communities.
